How do I ask you a question about my order/potential order?
Please email any questions, concerns, requests, dirty jokes to firstname.lastname@example.org. I will do my best to get you a response within 48 hours. Please don’t message me on Instagram because unless I know you personally, your message will get lost in a void and I probably won’t see it for months.
Do you have a physical location?
I do not because the rent is too damn high, but there are fine stores all across the country who stock my goods. I operate online unless I’m at a craft show. Speaking of craft shows, follow me (@bangupbetty) on Instagram to know where I’ll be next!
Do you do wholesale?

When will my order ship?
If you’ve placed a retail order, expect your package to ship within 7 business days. If you’ve placed a wholesale order, it will ship within 2.5 weeks. Every piece of jewelry is made by hand, so it takes me a little time on bigger orders :-)
What are your shipping policies?
Jewelry is packaged carefully and shipped quickly. During the holidays, please expect up to one week to ship out.
I'm sorry, but I cannot be held responsible by delays or costs resulting in policies or procedures within any countries customs department. any possible duty fees are applied by the country of destination, to be paid by the buyer. thank you for understanding!
Should a shipment return to sender, due to buyer unclaimed mail/buyer moved/buyer rejected mail etc, it is up to the buyer to pay for return-to-sender fees and re shipment of item.
Expedited shipping is available via United States Postal Service. Please shoot me a message so I can get you a quote!
Can I track my order once it ships?
Tracking information sent in shipment notification emails may take up to 24-48 hours to update with current location. Depending on where you are in the world, your tracking may not update beyond the USPS origin scan.
What if it never arrives?
As I run a really small, tight ship, I can’t accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered, or lost by the occasionally erroneous USPS. If this happens, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org, and I will work with you to find a solution.
What if something happens? Can I get a refund or an exchange?
If something isn’t right with your order, email me at email@example.com so we can find a solution.
Refunds are accepted up to 30 days after you receive an item, customer pays return shipping. Customized and personalized items are final sale only.
As is the nature of brass and sterling silver jewelry, tarnishing occurs over time. Please note that this occurs with most jewelry that is not platinum or solid gold, and that jewelry you buy from any brass or bronze artist will tarnish some. A LOT of people like the natural tarnish, but if you like your jewelry squeaky clean and shiny, I recommend a Sunshine brand polishing cloth, using a little toothpaste on a toothbrush to clean it, or polishing it with Brasso, which is $2 at Home Depot. Refunds will not be given because of tarnishing.
In the instance that you need to return your purchase, your refund or exchange will be made in full as soon as I receive the returned, unsullied product. Please email me first at firstname.lastname@example.org to alert me.
