I do not have a storefront, but I have a private studio in Argenta that I often open up to the public on 3rd Friday Art Walk events where you can browse my jewelry and gifts. If you’ve placed a retail order, expect your package to ship within 3-5 business days. If you’ve placed a wholesale order, it will ship within 1.5 weeks. Every piece of jewelry is made by hand, so it takes me a little time on bigger orders :-)

Handmade jewelry is packaged carefully and shipped quickly. During the holidays, please expect up to one week to ship out.

Should a shipment return to sender, due to buyer unclaimed mail/buyer moved/buyer rejected mail etc, it is up to the buyer to pay for return-to-sender fees and reshipment of item.

Expedited shipping is available via United States Postal Service. Please shoot me a message so I can get you a quote!

Yes! U.S. and Canadian shipping is available automatically through this website. If you’re in another part of the world and want something shipped, please email stacey@bangupbetty.com for a quote. Shipping beyond the U.S. and Canada starts at $13.50 and your country may collect extra taxes and fees.

Tracking information sent in shipment notification emails may take up to 24-48 hours to update with current location. Depending on where you are in the world, your tracking may not update beyond the USPS origin scan.

As I run a really small, tight ship, I can’t accept responsibility for packages that have been stolen, mis-delivered or lost but will work with you to find a solution. Email me at stacey@bangupbetty.com and let’s chat.

Refunds for retail orders are accepted up to 30 days after you receive an item, customer pays return shipping. Customized and personalized items are final sale only, as are wholesale orders.

As is the nature of brass and sterling silver jewelry, tarnishing occurs over time. Please note that this occurs with most jewelry that is not platinum or solid gold, and that jewelry you buy from any brass or bronze artist will tarnish some. A lot of people like the natural tarnish, but if you like your jewelry squeaky clean and shiny, I recommend a polishing cloth. Refunds will not be given because of tarnishing.

In the instance that you need to return your purchase, your refund or exchange will be made in full as soon as I receive the returned, unsullied product. Please email me first at stacey@bangupbetty.com to alert me.

Betty was the most incredible, life-changing little cat and a huge inspiration to me. He was the funniest boy in the world, and he’ll always have a special place in my heart and at Bang-Up Betty. If you want to know more about Betty the cat, read his obituary here.

If brass, bronze or silver darkens or dirties, polish with a polishing cloth (polish chain gently if needed)
Brass cleaner may be used on brass, but do not use on chain
Keep out of reach of children and animals
