Just in time to accompany the lush colors of autumn and the sentimental giving season, Bang-Up Betty’s newest collection of jewelry features rough and polished gemstones set in resin and displayed uniquely, a beautiful contrast to the polished and perfect way gemstones are traditionally set and sold for top dollar.
My brand new Birthstone Cluster Collection was inspired by nature and the gorgeously imperfect way the world’s gemstones come to us before they’re cut, set and made to look like something completely otherworldly.
I cast these stones in clear resin, letting them fall from my fingertips into the liquid wherever they land. Over several days, it hardens into a little cluster of gemstones that look like they’re bursting forth. Glowing peridots, moody sapphires, rich rubies, warm citrine crystals… all the colors of the birthstone rainbow.

The perfect gift for mothers, grandmothers or anyone with several special people close to their heart. Wear the birthstones of each little one in your brood.
Each mixed stone birthstone necklace is unique. You select up to seven (7) stones for your necklace. Please select 7 to fill out the whole necklace and make a complete cluster. If you don’t have 7 stones in mind, you can select multiples of the same stone and I’ll group them together as I did with the necklace in the photograph here. This necklace contains 2 opals, 3 garnets, 1 peridot and 2 emeralds.
Stones Available: Garnet (January), Amethyst (February), Aquamarine (March), Herkimer Diamond Quartz (April), Emerald (May), Pearl (June), Ruby (July), Peridot (August), Sapphire (September), Opal (October), Citrine (November), and Turquoise (December).
Each mixed stone cluster pendant is made by hand and is as different as each gemstone chip randomly dropped into place so your necklace is one of a kind. The pendant is sealed with clear resin with some stones protruding through.
Pendants measure about 1/2 inch and are available in lead-free pewter plated with .999 fine silver in a bright finish or antiqued 24kt gold plated onto lead-free pewter. Chains are available in 18 inches or 20 inches. Please see model photo to compare lengths before selecting. Silver chains are sterling silver, twisted rope chains. Gold chains are gold-filled cable chains.
Each necklace may also be personalized with up to 3 letters in a small circle. Personalized circles are either solid brass or solid polished aluminum. Some great personalized ideas include monograms, initials, or the word “mom.”
Please allow up to 8 days for your necklace to ship. These necklaces take some time to create and must be made in batches and given 3 days to completely cure. They are made to order.
